What actually happens when you request an estimate from TNE.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Free, in person, and no obligation. We are not going to sit at your kitchen table for two hours or call you every week afterward.
What happens at the estimate appointment?
We look at the actual roof — not satellite imagery. We check the shingles, flashing, valleys, ventilation and, where we can get to it, the attic. Then we tell you what we see and what it costs.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We reply to estimate requests within one business day. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily for the roof inspection itself, but it helps — we would rather walk you through what we found in person than leave a number on a piece of paper.
What information should I have ready?
Roughly how old the roof is, whether you have had leaks and where, and whether there is an insurance claim involved. If you do not know, that is fine too.
